If you are having trouble viewing the ebook:
Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed (this applies to iPad users as well – if you are having trouble viewing the images, try using the Adobe Reader app instead of the iBooks app).

If you are having trouble viewing the online videos:
Try clearing the browser’s cache or try using a different browser.

If you are trying to reset your password:
Click “Lost password?” and enter the username or email address that was used to register for the course.  After clicking the “Get New Password” button, it should take you to a page that says “Check your email for the confirmation link.” in small text with an area to enter in a username and password – don’t enter anything in those fields yet.  The confirmation link should arrive within 5 minutes but in some cases may take longer, so please wait and also make sure it is not being sent to your spam folder. Requesting many password reset links will not speed up the process, so wait at least 20 minutes before submitting another request.  When the email arrives, click the link in the email and then enter in a new password on that page – a strong, automatically generated password is entered in by default, but can be changed to anything you want.  Write down your password somewhere so you can log-in again at a later time.
